Bridgit Mendler, (24) stars as Teddy in the Disney Channel Series, Good Luck Charlie.
A family show from a kid's point of view.

Bridgit Mendler (22)

“Kids on Camera helped me get my first San Francisco agent and discover that acting was something I really enjoyed.” Bridgit Mendler, (18)

“Bridgit has all the attributes of a Disney star. We just fell in love with her.”
Adam Bonnett, Senior VP of Original Programming at Disney Channel

In 2015 Bridgit Mendler was cast as a principal actor on the NBC TV SERIES, UNDATEABLES

Bridgit continues to receive excellent reviews in her starring role as Teddy in this TV series, Good Luck Charlie.  She got her start in the performing arts, at age 9, when she first attended Kids on Camera’s summer camp. She continued her studies in our TV Acting 1 and 2 school year series, which prepared her to participate in our talent showcase. Following the showcase, where she met local talent agents and film directors, she began attending auditions and getting cast in voiceovers and commercials. She continued her studies in our one-day workshops. Bridgit is represented by agents in Los Angeles now. A big break for her occurred when she was cast in the movie, Alice Upside Down, which is based on a series of novels by Phyllis Naylor. Her co-stars included LA actors, Alyson Stoner  (Cheaper by the Dozen), Lucas Gabreel, (High School Musical) and Luke Perry (TV Series, 90210). Another big break occurred when she was cast as a co-star in the Warner Bros. film, The Clique.  The Disney Channel first cast Mendler on the comedy Jonas, where she appeared in two episodes playing a love interest for Nick Jonas. That was followed by a four-episode stint on Wizards of Waverly Place. • In her first starring role on Good Luck Charlie, on Disney Channels worldwide, Mendler plays Teddy Holliday alongside Disney regular Jason Dolley, who plays her brother Casey. When their parents go back to work full time after having a baby, the care and feeding of their new sister -- nicknamed Charlie -- falls to the teenage siblings. It’s a family show from a kid's point of view. Kids on Camera founder/director, Judy Berlin is not surprised at the success Bridgit is experiencing. From that first day camp, Judy was very aware of her talent. It was just a matter of time, having a passion for acting, her study of the craft, and being at the right place at the right time!

GRETA GURVITS (12)
EDITIORAL PHOTO MODEL: FAMILY CIRCLE MAGAZINE

Greta was a model for the article titled “Weighty Matters” in the June 2013 issue.

The article focused on youngsters who struggle with their weight and size and self-esteem issues. Greta shares her experience here at the photo shoot.

My experience at the Family Circle Magazine photo shoot was very fun, easy, and absolutely educational as a model and as an actress. As I walked into this job, I was excited and prepared for the day. This print job was not just about posing for a picture. I needed to use my acting skills and to be a completely different person than I am in real life. I really needed to stretch my acting abilities, to play a character that showed different emotions and a person who was very melancholy. I got into the feel of the character. I really wanted to prove myself. I also wanted to be a role model for any person who was having trouble with themselves or their body. I really feel that my character could relate to the struggle that some youngsters go through. The wonderful photographer Timothy Archibald and I worked together to make this project a success. Thank you Kids on Camera for sending me to this audition and thanks to everybody for your hard work and cooperation.
Greta
